How it works
- You provide us with the content you would like to speak about on the day and let us know the desired format

Our virtual round-table meetings take place entirely online, and consist of 60-90 minutes of discussion, centred around a topic of your choice, with personally invited delegates from your key target accounts.
The meeting is hosted on our platform, which allows sponsors and delegates to interact via audio and video, and also offers sponsors the option to give a presentation. This could take the form of a standard PowerPoint presentation, a demo, a case study with one of your clients, a ‘war-game’ style interactive session, or a range of other options – the more creative the better!
We handle all delegate acquisition, the hosting of the meeting, ensuring delegates are logged in and ready for the meeting to start, and all technical details. If required, we will also provide an experienced moderator who will work with you before and during the event to ensure high levels of interactivity and engagement.
Our fully-hosted webinar service delivers delegates, moderators and platform to you in one easy-to-use package. We handle delegate acquisition, which is carried out personally using our experienced delegate relationship and marketing teams, and ensuring they’re up-to-date with details of the logistics and platform.

Content is key to a successful webinar, so we will also provide a moderator and editorial assistance beforehand and on the day.
If you're running your own event – either digitally or in person – and you'd like to make sure the right people are there, our highly skilled and professional team is available to help you with the delegate acquisition process.
In this model, you are responsible for the delivery of the event itself and all logistical and technological details, while the e-Crime Private Meetings team will liaise with you to assist with delegate acquisition and relationship management.
We can also provide a range of add-on services to enhance the success of your event, such as content advisory services, and the provision of experienced moderators with cybersecurity subject knowledge.

Physical round-table meeting
The Executive Round-Table is three hours long and takes place at a 5* venue, at which we handle all logistical and catering arrangements.
The meeting starts with a 30 minute champagne reception in a private room, where you will be able to network with the delegates over a glass of champagne or other drink.
This is followed by a sit-down 3-course meal of fine dining, over which you will have the opportunity to give a 20-minute presentation. The rest of the time will be dedicated to discussion of the topic with the delegates, allowing you to understand in depth the key challenges they're currently facing.
