As a first time attendee at the e-Crime & Cybersecurity Congress, I was very impressed with the range of speakers, the topics covered and the material they used. This year being a virtual Congress I was able to commit to attending with the knowledge that I could dip in and out during the 2 days should anything come up at work. As it happens I was able to attend almost all of it. The virtual platform utilised was very intuitive and ideal for this size of event. The presentations, live Q&A, downloadable resources, Vendor Stands etc were all very good and I had no technology connection issues. The e-Crime Congress organized virtually on 21st October was one of a kind.  The contents were as always excellent and engrossing.  What stood out is the format, layout of the website, organization and logistics – it was absolutely amazing.  A huge thank you to AKJ Associates for hosting such a wonderful event!

As PCI London’s first virtual event it was certainly a great success for Eckoh. We were thrilled to welcome so many attendees to our speaker session as well as to our virtual booth. The agenda was well put together offering insightful and relevant topics. The event and build up was well organised and the actual event site was easy to navigate - from the lobby to networking and joining the conference sessions - making it a great experience for participants as well as delegates.

As always, the e-Crime Benelux remains an excellent event full of insights both from presentations and the resources available. I was apprehensive about the virtual version but the virtual space was beyond anything I have experienced. Navigation was clear and smooth and it was easy to make contact with peers and vendors. Actually, there was additional value to be able to exchange comments during the presentations, on the side-chat. It wasn’t too distracting and permitted to clarify questions as they came to mind. All in all, a fantastic experience. Only thing missing were the muffins!

Enfin, l’environnement virtuel que nous nous avez proposé était sympathique et nous pouvions naviguer très facilement. Bravo pour cette organisation et la qualité de cet événement.

First of all I wanted to thank you for this event, which I was attending for the first time and which I greatly appreciated. The diversity of case studies, associated with the presentation of innovative solutions in terms of IS protection, as well as the availability of suppliers to obtain more information on their products and to arrange appointments later, save precious time. The testimonies and sharing of experiences were very informative. All this orchestrated by a rigorous and very pleasant organization. Being able to discuss with our peers, being able to consult the documentation at our own pace, sometimes with videos demonstrating the tools and presentations where we can ask these questions, is very instructive. Finally, the virtual environment we offered us was pleasant and easy to navigate. Bravo for this organization and the quality of this event.

Very interesting speakers / catch up with contacts etc. Also fantastic virtual experience - well thought out and added lots of value - actually preferred it on one level to the normal (always good) previous events.

I really did enjoy PCI London yesterday.  Yet again AKJ Associates produced an outstanding virtual conference.  The speakers were first rate and the range of topics they covered were so varied that there was something for everyone.  I was particularly glad to hear Jeremy King give his thoughts on PCI-DSS 4.0 and how it’s progressing.  As for the platform on which the virtual conference was held, how easy can it be for us?  It’s so clear and intuitive to use.  Whoever it was at AKJ Associates that selected the platform, well done them!

I really appreciated the virtual conference model, and I feel it is one of the best online conferences I have ever attended. The speaker topics were very interesting and insightful, especially focusing on current unprecedented times. The resources available in sponsors’ booths as well as speaker presentation material was very relevant and helpful for the whole IT/Information Security/Internal Audit gamut.

E-crime and Cyber congress 2021 is one of the best Cyber conferences on the UK circuit.  This year was a first being carried out remotely and very different to the normal 2 day event in person in London due to Covid 19.  I found this remote approach worked very well and there was a great selection of speakers available and some excellent educational seminars.  I also found the panel discussions very informative with a great selection of representative experts from their respective fields to provide a good and balanced view.  I also found the resources very useful and thought it was a great touch that you could pause a session if required and that it was also available for 20 mins or so after it started in case you needed to attend to another matter prior to attending.  Very good overall as ever, fingers crossed the mid-year review will be back in person again covid depending!!

The Securing Financial Services forum was a great event, with some thought provoking presentations across the day and some good risk insights, I found the presentation covering differing approaches to risk appetite to be excellent.

The conference went well especially as it had to be made online instead of in person due to the coronavirus pandemic. It was really well organized and the platform was easy to use. As for the presentations, it’s always valuable to hear expert opinions in the context of issues that we deal with everyday in IT/Information security. There was a wide range of speakers with different backgrounds which allowed for great diversity and ensuring that all important aspects, hardships, processes are identified giving a better contextual background to the issues discussed.

Great job done by all involved. The virtual conference operated flawlessly given the variables of presentations given. I also enjoyed still having the ability to join with likeminded people, learn the challenges people are facing, or what is going right as well as of course the nod to the products out there. 

The level of engagement yesterday [at the Virtual Securing Financial Services Summit] was outstanding and we have already managed to book 2 meetings as a result, live on the day. 

I was pleased to be able to join the online version of PCI London. The user interface was excellent, I had no problems logging in and had immediate access to all of the content, such as the agenda and vendors. The sessions were easy to find and hit the usual high standard in terms of useful information, perspectives and presentations. With all organisations struggling, adapting or overcoming the challenges of the pandemic, (and in many cases all three), presenters engaged in ever-relevant information in terms of realising business, IT, PCI-DSS and GDPR standards at this time, which in itself added increased value and benefit to having this event.  With the core benefits of the conference delivered in safety and removing a lengthy journey, I found that overall I was happy to have traded the usual facilities and atmosphere for it to have taken place.

Thanks for another excellent StLF session; I am glad it was able to go ahead online.

The online conference format was intuitive and an excellent user experience - I liked the ability to deal with a few matters arising between sessions and still get the whole session.

Despite the difficulties that the current pandemic situation brings with it, I found the event yesterday in this new virtual format to be successful, very interesting and stimulating. I took new insights and ideas with me, which I will share with colleagues to further develop information security management.

I was impressed by the virtual format of PCI London. I’ve attended a number of virtual conferences over the last year, however, this worked very well having all the content pre-recorded with the speakers available for live text-chat.

The e-Crime & Cybersecurity Congress is a must for people within many areas of industry, as the speakers excellent, the content very relevant, the presentations fantastic, and the event excellent. I left feeling more informed and ready for new challenges.

We have sponsored PCI London for several years at the in-person events. I was slightly apprehensive of the switch to digital; however, the team was extremely organised and effective with communication. eCrime Congress and AKJ always deliver extra value. This is one not to miss event on my radar. The 2020 virtual experience version was delivered with great quality in terms of its planning, organization and content regardless of the COVID-19 limitation and challenges.

Personally I found the event very interesting and the speakers of quality. The virtual format that you proposed turned out to be original and I think pioneer in the matter. Perhaps the future will be a mix between face-to-face and remote conferences each with its advantages.

This is now the 3^rd e-Crime conference I have attended with AKJ and as usual the quality of the event organisation and presentations was excellent. In the ever changing landscape of cyber threats these events offer great insight into the approach and techniques adopted by peers to protect systems and data, complemented by industry expertise and tools. This event has been particularly useful as we look to develop our internal understanding of how our teams react and tackle an attack, with some very pertinent sessions on cyber training, battle simulations and threat intelligence.

You’ve rallied some amazing people to come speak and a very empowering group of experts that you were able to bring together on panels discussions. All sessions were very informative. All in all, a great event, packed with lots of knowledge and great speakers, offering a compact source of inspiration.

PCI London being online during a lockdown seems a more valuable experience than ever! The speakers, targeting lockdown or pandemic restrictions with regards to homeworking, PCI-DSS and GDPR brought not only a new focus to the sessions, but a valuable interaction with the industry in restricted times and in safety!

I would like to congratulate AKJ Associates for organising an excellent congress. This well attended event is informative and highly relevant with well-chosen speakers and useful breakout sessions. Vendors are not overly aggressive and actually volunteer a lot of useful information. The facilities were equally excellent, if a little crowded on the first day, which is a testament to the value many companies find in the event. The wide variety of industry sectors represented was both refreshing and useful for the sharing of ‘war stories’. All in all a very satisfactory two days.

In spite of the media coverage on the Covid-19 outbreak both globally and locally the e-Crime & Cybersecurity Congress was very well-attended. This is a testament of AKJ organising a high quality event which is both topical and relevant to risk and cyber security professionals. The event provides ample opportunity to network with peers and vendors and the educational sessions provides more detailed information to the attendees on the specific topic of interest. As always this is one event which I make every effort to attend.

e-Crime remains a critical event for security professionals. Year after year, AKJ have managed to stay on top of market trends and deliver on the demand for topical expertise from its attendees and we are delighted to be part of the e-Crime series.

I found it to be an extremely valuable source of information in the security space and to see what other organisations within finance and non-finance are doing in this space. The real life case studies and attacks being discussed were an eye opener. I would say if you’re in the security space, this is a MUST to attend.

The whole day was informative from start to end. Some of the speakers were able to introduce real passion and fun into what could be seen as a dry topic to the outsider. The breakout sessions I went to were packed out and were delivered by knowledgeable speakers, authorities in their own area who engaged their audiences well. Expect to be challenged in your thinking, meet some new people facing similar issues to you, and enjoy being looked after by the catering team.

This was my third Congress. I enjoyed this well organised event, which always gives me fresh insights and ideas. I will definitely be back next year.

One of the best conferences of this nature I’ve been to. The presentations were genuinely interesting and very varied in subject matter, the conference covered a wide array of approaches to security and highlighted most of the current hot issues. The vendors were well selected with a good balance of products and services. I’ll definitely attend again next year.

I love the e-Crime Private Meeting Series because they're to the point, a focused topic for discussion with like-minded individuals from across industry sectors.  I cannot deny the private venue and dining adds to the occasion but it is much more than that.  I always come away with further knowledge and understanding of the topic at hand and a few more industry contacts which is no bad thing!

It was a fantastic event with a high turn out. For a presenting vendor the return has been almost instantaneous with two meetings booked and eight immediate follow up discussions. The content was excellent, extremely relevant and we will definitely be doing this event again.

Great presenters, great topics, well picked vendors, great venue = great event.

e-Crime is one of the best conferences that are happening in the region. The real essence of this conference is that it is very focused on information security challenges and trends. The speakers always have something great to share and talk about as most of them are from the same region so it is very specific to the challenges that we all are facing. The conference is not product or vendor biased as well which makes it more attractive however we get the chance to meet the right vendors to understand the new technologies that are available to manage the challenges. You guys are doing a great job and I am sure you will continue to do so.

The event allows you to understand current and emerging threats and risks and hear how recognised experts offer effective approaches to mitigate them. This conference is essential for any risk manager.

A world class event, unrivalled networking opportunities within the global law enforcement and national security community. I have been coming for 10 years and look forward to the next 10 years.

The event was great. The speakers and presentations were of a very high standard compared to other events I have attended. The networking was above and beyond with so many companies and positions. The venue was in a great location and provided excellent catering for everyone to enjoy. I will recommend other security colleagues to attend in the future.

I thought the "Securing The Law Firm: Special Session" was extremely informative with a good mix of Cyber Security topics and Legal sector thought leadership views covered.

As always, the event was professionally hosted by AKJ Associates, with the right mix, quantity and diversity of suppliers being appropriate.

I particularly liked the executive panel discussions and the general view for the need for a more collaborative and outcome based approach to client Audits and its ok to work with clients to understand what they are looking to achieve rather than just ticking the Compliance box!

I think you raised the bar this year in terms of presenters, topics and open panels. I enjoyed the presentations and found a lot of useful information during the day. Did a lot of networking especially with the vendors, which seemed to be perfectly aligned with current security needs, so I have already booked a follow up meeting with a few of them. Overall, a great event and great organisation; looking forward to next year’s conference.

For me the event was extremely useful in understanding where the vendor industry is going and to get insights into fellow professionals’ thinking on areas close to the Information Security Professional’s heart. Some really innovative approaches and the case studies really worthy of a seat!

AKJ Associates are masters at bringing together the right people, at the right place and the right time in an event that enables us to make the right connections.

The e-Crime Congress covers a variety of topics relevant to cyber security and risk management presented in well-controlled short sessions to keep the interests of the delegates piqued throughout the day. The education sessions and the opportunity to interact with the vendors and other delegates enables the attendees to supplement the knowledge gained in the main presentation. Hence e-Crime Congress is now on my list of favourite events to attend.

I can only say that this is the best and most well-planned conference I have ever attended. All the sessions and topics were tightly connected (no overlap in content) and together they really pushed the "message" for the Congress. I have never experienced such good topic planning and control before. Keep up the good work.

As always the event was well organised & informative covering current security best practice and research.  There were also opportunities to discuss how to better strengthen cyber security responses.

The conference covered all important aspects around e-Crime and Cyber security in inspiring presentations and education slots. Speakers from large European corporations as well as from vendors and consultant companies were highly qualified. Vendor representatives were available all day for more detailed background analysis. And the logistics and venue were excellent.  

Thank you, it was a very productive day, with some of the top experts from industry as well as the top IT security vendors showcasing new and innovative products. The presentations were first class and there was a lot of opportunities to network with your peers and discuss the current threats and solutions. Overall an excellent day well worth attending and I would recommend it to anyone within the industry, as there is not many events that attract the top people like this event. Well done, an excellent and worthwhile day.

My experience is that eCrime conference events always provide expert and highly topical eSecurity content, with an interesting mix of subject matter with informative delivery, and the eCrime Mid-Year Meeting did not disappoint in this aspect. Coupled with excellent organisation and comfortable accommodation.

In the past I have generally found the majority of conferences to be of poor value, and not really worth attending, but eCrime events are the big exception to this, and well worth attending.

I found the PCI London event a great stage for learning more about the impact that the changes in regulations and legislation will be having, not only on the payment card industry but in general for all businesses. The presentations were good and represented a good mix of organisations. The ability to talk with vendors in a non-pressured environment and network with other likeminded individuals from different companies was an opportunity that doesn’t happen on a day to day basis. For this alone it is very valuable.

C’était ma première participation à cet événement. Et ce ne sera pas la dernière. Car au-delà de la logistique (parfaite), la gestion du temps (militaire !) et la prévenance de l’équipe d’organisation (discrète et gentille), les présentations sont de grande qualité, ainsi que les partenaires en exposition. Je n’ai pas pu échanger en détail avec tous mais les solutions de 2 partenaires ont retenu mon attention et il est probable qu’on organise un POC au moins avec l’un d’entre eux. Rien que cela valait le déplacement.

It was the first time I've participated in this event, and it won't be the last. In addition to the logistics (perfect), the management of time (military!), and the thoughtfulness of the organising team (discreet and amiable), the presentations were good, as were the exhibiting partners. I wasn't able to discuss in detail with everyone but the solutions of two partners caught my attention, and it's likely we'll organise a POC with at least one of them.That alone was worth the trip.

Having attended the Cyber Threat to the UK Legal Sector roundtable discussion, this served as a very productive and informative event. 

It gave an excellent opportunity to share experiences, challenges and approaches to best practice in an informal yet simultaneously effective manner and forum.  The atmosphere was one of open dialogue, very much in the spirit of collaboration around shared objectives and strategy. 

I would therefore recommend participation at these sector-oriented events, whereby like-minded individuals can benefit from sharing views and work towards common goals.

The event was excellent. Organisation, catering, timetable, networking opportunities were all exceptionally well done, to a very high standard. The speakers, & the content of their presentations, were first-rate. Could you have done better? No! Simple as that. It was a great day & I look forward very much to any future events you may have planned. Thank you so much.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days. It was extremely well coordinated and all talks added value and held my interest. Some of the revelations regarding the changing e-Crime and Information Security landscape were quite eye-opening. Clearly a lot of very positive work has been done, more encouragement is needed to harmonise approaches among industry and law enforcement professionals in face of a constantly shifting landscape. The e-Crime congress was an opportunity to meet some of the top minds in the field and share their views on how this can be done.

This was my third visit and once again the speakers were excellent and they condensed lots of relevant and interesting information within their presentations.  The elective breakout seminars give a more in-depth look at topics, and the network breaks allowed me to speak to vendors about their products and services.   

I found the event highly relevant for the issues faced across the industry.  The ranges of topics and multiple viewpoints being discussed helped to confirm existing strategies, inform others underway and prompt further discussion.  Overall a good two days investment, congratulations to the AKJ team.

AKJ has been a valuable partner for us for a few years now, enabling us to build relationships and engage with the CISO community in a number of key territories across Europe. The event was one of the best I have attended so far out of the numerous events I attend every year. The AKJ staff were very helpful in guiding all attendees for different education seminars and did their best to make this press-free event a truly outstanding one. Attendees were the right mix of senior professionals from different industries, organisations, countries with their own specialisations and there was an ample amount of time reserved for networking over excellent lunch and tea breaks. All speakers were well known industry experts and were happy to share their knowledge and experiences. Overall - Easy sign-up process, very well organised with an amazing venue and brilliant speakers. Not to be missed, truly outstanding!

As ever a cracking event by AKJ bringing the e-Crime Congress to Edinburgh. Edinburgh has a large, dynamic and entrepreneurial Cyber and IS demographic and it was exceptional to see this recognised by AKJ on hosting this event! Great speakers, thought provoking discussion and innovative vendor – a great a way to kick off this event!

This event was yet another triumph. I know the format is tried and tested, but it works really well. From a personal perspective I bumped into a couple of old colleagues, and was able to meet up with 2 vendors – one old, one new – in the breaks. Your speakers were outstanding, some of them inspirational, and as ever the topics were spot on for their relevance. The seminars I attended were excellent and gave me a number of ideas which I now need to follow up. For me it was a thoroughly worthwhile day. Congratulations and thank you. See you all next time!

I was really impressed with the level of speakers and the subjects that were discussed.  A very well organised event which adds value to any business by providing relevant presentations by experienced speakers.  Personally the CybelAngel session highlighted to me the huge danger of data leaks and the critical threat to airport security as just an example – this really brought DLP to life!  A great few days which provided attendees with a wealth of knowledge and new key threats in the ever growing world of Cyber.  Well done to the organisers.

Very useful day - great to see real life examples of what firms are doing to mitigate risk, what we can do to protect ourselves, and what's out there to keep us awake at night. Well worth the time out the office.

I have been presenting at PCI and eCrime events for more than a year now and every time the day has turned out to be great. The AKJ team has always been helpful and very professional before, during and after the event. I find the organisation and the content of the congress so relevant to the work that we are doing for our customers that since my first congress I have always brought 3 colleagues along so that we miss nothing during the two days.

I wait until I have attended the congress each year before I publish our audit plan for the company, this allows me to better set our target for audit and to ensure that we are doing as much as we can to protect ourselves and our customers from the latest attacks as identified by the congress.

During last year I identified an attack pattern which had been discussed at the previous congress, this allowed me to make a rapid identification and we took the immediate steps required to close the attack before any damage had been done.

Thanks again for inviting me to the great congress. I was thoroughly engaged and of course loved the environment, talks and seminars […] It was easy to network, for some reason it becomes a bit like a family gathering when you see people who previously attended the event, I personally love the mixture of tech and industry discussions, but the freedom to talk and converse with other delegates about experiences within their environment is key to making it such a great event. The beauty of this congress is that it’s not a forceful sale of any projects, it’s about discussion of the changing cybersecurity landscape within business, it gives you a great platform to be proactive instead of being reactive. My thanks to all the wonderful people at e-Crime and AKJ Associates.

I had an amazing time discussing and sharing knowledge about Threat Hunting and other cyber security areas. The audience was from multiple backgrounds within the Information Security space and this brought different views on the subjects. 

The sponsors shared a lot of useful information which will definitely help me personally when building the future strategies around Cyber Operations.

This was my first such event and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've been looking for a vendor agnostic, un-pressured, non-selling security event such as this for a long time. I'm annoyed that I've never attended any previous congresses, but rest assured it won't be my last. Stand out points include the organisation and scope of plenary sessions, presentations and indeed the diverse businesses in attendance as well as the support from government bodies. I look forward to next year's event and attending any specific topical ones that meet my needs between now and then.

The e-Crime France summit provides the opportunity to share and exchange information regarding the common problems of data security, with a rich and varied audience who, according to their functions, have differing perspectives. This collision of ideas allows us to approach best practices and regulatory constraints (in place or to come) from new angles.

I would like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed the event; the pre-event organisation was first class and the AKJ team were supportive. On the day everything ran like clockwork and we were pleasantly surprised to be overwhelmed with attendees to our presentation and the subsequent interest we received with visitors to our stand.

e-Crime has grown to become a truly international event with informative sessions tackling contemporary issues and providing insight to the challenges that face security professionals right now. A blend of education, awareness, insight and take-aways has made this one of the best informational and networking events of the year for the security profession. Already looking forward to a varied yet current selection of high quality presentations next time around.

C’est la première fois que j’assistai à une journée e-crime, et je suis sûr que ce ne sera pas la dernière. C’est une occasion rare de rencontrer ses pairs, ainsi que des interlocuteurs clés sur notre marché. J’ai eu la chance d’aborder des sujets globaux en séance, et plus détaillés au moment des pauses. La journée fut instructive et dynamique, me permettant de mieux appréhender les arguments que je présenterai à mon management et à mes clients. En outre, l’organisation, le lieu et les prestations étaient vraiment de très bon niveau.

This was the first time I had attended an e-Crime event, and I'm sure it will not be the last. It is a rare occasion to meet one's peers, as well as key speakers within our field. I had the chance to discuss global subjects within the sessions, and more detailed subjects during the networking breaks. The day was informative and dynamic, allowing me to better understand the arguments I will present to my management and to clients. In addition, the organisation, venue and facilities were really of a very good standard.

This year the e-Crime Congress was filled with excellent presentations - short, sharp and to the point. The organisation of both the sessions and conference as a whole was very good. At no point did I feel I was wasting time and came away feeling the whole two days was well worthwhile.

Informative, interesting, intriguing, inspirational. The speakers and break-out sessions were excellent, as was the overall theme of the conference. A well organised event and one to which I will definitely plan to return.

Working with AKJ Associates was a pleasant experience both during the phone calls and email preparations ahead of the event as well as on the day of the event, making sure we had the equipment we needed ahead of time, anticipating any logistical issues we may have had and generally being quick to respond to any questions or requests. e-Crime Congress is one of very few events now I tend to attend as the quality of the topics and presentations are of high standard and quite topical. I very much enjoyed the opportunity to hear from peers and specialists about the same issues many of us face. It is rare to have an opportunity to be out of the office to think deeply about the strategic challenges that you face; it is even rarer to be able to debate them with your peers in such an environment as that facilitated by the e-Crime programme of events.

This was a well-designed event, with a wide range of experts in e-crime. Presentations were all informative, punchy and to-the-point, and there were some absolutely outstanding speakers. There was just the right amount of time for networking, and the vendors were well chosen and interesting. It could not have been better.

The conference I attended in Dubai was first rate. The quality of the presentations & in-depth knowledge of the speakers was hard to equal. Great job and I look forward to attending next year.

I really enjoyed my day at the e-Crime Mid Year Meeting. I’ve come to expect them to be well planned and executed events with excellent and amusing speakers and I wasn’t disappointed. The agenda topics and education seminars were varied, covering relevant and up to date content and providing extremely useful information. A ‘must attend’ event to anyone with responsibility for security or risk management.

PCI London was an excellent learning and networking experience. At least one supplier presentation has led me to revisit PCI options. Like every AKJ event I have ever attended, Securing the Law Firm was absolutely first class in its venue, its programme and in the delegates it attracted; as good as it gets.

The e-Crime & Cybersecurity Benelux congress in Amsterdam was exceptionally rewarding and inspiring. Very much appreciated was the format of a number of intense sequences of short, knowhow-rich presentations that each addressed, in a compact but very accessible and inspiring manner, the state-of-the-art knowledge essence of an important and very topical cyber security subject. The range of discussed subjects offered an impressive broad spectrum of the current state of our professional field and its many challenging trends and new developments.

The presentation sessions were alternated with refreshing breaks and a lunch of outstanding quality. This also gave a nice synergy with the really good atmosphere and nice conversations (also between the congress participants themselves) of the information-market that was complementary to the presentations.

A very good and informative event, which repeatedly handles very current and burning topics of information security, secure technical implementation and legal data protection in Germany. This is particularly well-suited for both beginners in the field of information security, who come from the technical environment of IT, for guidance, as well as for experienced colleagues in the field of information security. The networking is refreshing and varied, the vendors are carefully selected and always competent.

I am continually impressed by the quality of the speakers, the relevance of the education seminars and the appropriateness of the sponsors and exhibitors. The number of and enthusiasm (and staying power!) of the delegates is always as impressive too - a great (and in my opinion one of the best) events to be part of whatever e-fraud capacity you find yourself in.

Thank you for the successful event which you arranged. The quality of the speakers was excellent and impressive. Instead of a conference with merely theoretical content, the speakers were people directly involved in this business who were passing on their practical experiences of information security problems they had encountered in their working lives, and the best solutions to those problems. This was an unparalleled opportunity for the participants. It was also useful for us to have the opportunity to analyse more closely the characteristics of the individuals/groups we are confronted with, their working methods and their objectives.
