How to make cybercrime prevention work for you at the right price

Global IT security spending is at all time high - research firm Gartner predicts* it to rise 8.2% in 2015, equating to an eye-watering $76.9 Billion USD.

But let's be frank: is the rise of IT security spending a surprise?

Not only is the President of the United States making regular references to the cybercrime problem in the media, but damaging headlines outing well-known brands (e.g. Apple iCloud, Ebay, Domino's, and Sony) as cybercrime victims are splattered across the front pages more often than any of us would like.

It is no wonder that organisations around the globe are feeling on edge: no one wants to be next.

Thing is, companies cannot just invest all their earnings into IT security - there needs to be a balance between business growth and IT security in order for the organisation to survive in a competitive market space.

The best way to invest wisely is to tap into the best brains in the business.

On March 11-12, AKJ will be hosting its 13th annual e-Crime Congress in London: http://www.e-crimecongress.org/event/eccongress15
